SHIPPING & DELIVERY

MADE TO ORDER

Every FREE TATE product is made to order and fulfilled by our production partner. Most orders require approximately 2–5 business days for production before shipping. Production can take longer during holidays or unusually high-volume periods.

UNITED STATES DELIVERY

Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–4 business days after fulfillment. Express delivery, when available at checkout, typically takes 1–3 business days after fulfillment. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the products and destination. Products from different shipping categories can arrive in separate packages, and combined carts can include more than one shipping charge.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, it will be sent after your order ships. Tracking can take time to update after the carrier receives the package.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please review your delivery address before completing checkout. Additional charges can apply if an order must be reshipped because the address was incorrect or the package was unclaimed.

DELAYS OR LOST PACKAGES

If your package is more than 5 business days past its estimated delivery date, contact us through our Contact page so we can investigate.
